Ghost scores are calculated from verified founder submissions. We factor in submission volume, average weeks between expressed interest and silence, and overall report patterns. A minimum of 3 verified submissions is required before any score is displayed.

Investors cannot remove their profile. They can dispute individual submissions by emailing hello@treyha.com — each dispute is reviewed manually.

No. One verified submission per email per investor. This prevents gaming and ensures data integrity.

Ghosting on haunt. means an investor expressed genuine interest — took multiple meetings, asked for documents, or gave a soft yes — and then stopped responding entirely. Cold rejections and standard pass emails do not count. The platform specifically tracks post-interest silence.

You receive a verification email. Click the link within 48 hours to confirm your experience is real. Once verified, your submission is added to the investor's profile and their ghost score updates automatically. Your identity is never revealed.

Yes. Submissions represent personal opinions and experiences, protected as freedom of expression. All submissions are verified by email to prevent abuse. haunt. operates under Australian law and is designed with UGC protections in place.
