User submissions
All submissions on haunt.so represent the personal opinions and experiences of individual users. They are not statements of fact by haunt.so.
No verification of accuracy
haunt.so does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or fairness of any submission. Ghost scores and reports are derived from user-submitted data and are provided for informational purposes only.
Your warranty
By submitting a report, you warrant that your experience is genuine, that you participated in the meetings described, and that you are not submitting false, misleading, or malicious content.
Right to remove content
We reserve the right to remove, flag, or decline to publish any submission at our sole discretion, including where we suspect abuse, coordinated campaigns, or violations of these terms.
Disputes
If you believe a submission about you is false or unfair, contact us. We will review disputes in good faith but are not obligated to remove content we consider valid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, haunt.so is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on user-submitted content or ghost scores. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
